Shipping & Return Policies*
First of all, thank you so much for trusting She Wears Western™ with your business. We are a small business, woman owned company based out of Michigan. We currently only ship orders within the United States. Every item on the website has been selected from a variety of vendors that ship from the United States, aside from our products that ship to customers in our formal wear collection.
Some of our products are custom, made and crafted-to-order with each purchase. Several products are created by artisans and small businesses throughout the United States, utilizing specialized materials and products from around the world in their work and other vendors outsource their completed products from other countries.
To learn more about particular products, read the description listed with each item. We will be adding a "made in the USA" section to the website for easy shopping in the future. Because we believe in supporting other American based small businesses and vendors, please note: if it appears something is missing, products will often ship in multiple packages and arrive separately.

Holiday Orders & COVID-19 Shipping
Please note, shipping may be delayed during high volume shopping periods, such as November - December and things beyond our control due to the COVID-19 pandemic. We will do everything we can to get your items to you, but please note that many of our vendors have varying cut off dates for holiday shipping that range from November 30 - December 15th. We cannot guarantee items ordered for the holidays past those dates will arrive by Christmas and ask for your patience and grace.
All items that can be purchased directly through She Wears Western™ online boutique website platform are shipped from the United States. Once orders are placed, please allow 2 - 5 business days for your order to be processed prior to shipping. Shipping times will vary; however, items should arrive within 7-14 business days of purchase (in addition to order processing time). You will be notified by email once your ordered items have shipped. We do not ship to Alaska or Hawaii.
Items ordered through Amazon affiliate links listed on SheWearsWestern.com will be shipped according to the timeframe listed through Amazon. We do not have any control over shipping times, delays or returns or exchanges on purchases made through Amazon.com. If you have any concerns or need to cancel, return or exchange a product listed on SheWearsWestern.com, please work directly with Amazon and your online Amazon.com account.
All orders placed through She Wears Western™ online boutique website platform are considered final sales. We do not offer exchanges or store credit for items purchased. Our exception to this is our Size Exchange Policy and Damaged Item Policy listed below. If an item doesn’t meet your expectations, we encourage you to re-gift or donate the item(s) to someone who would enjoy it.
Size Exchange Policy
All orders placed through She Wears Western™ online boutique website platform are considered final sales. We do not offer exchanges or store credit for sizing issues or disappointment if items display color variations in comparison to product images or descriptions. If an item doesn’t fit, we encourage you to re-gift or donate the item(s).
However, if you’d like to order a different size of the same item, please email to: email@example.com with your order# for a special 15% off reorder coupon. Customers are limited to one item per order, one coupon per order and must use the coupon to purchase the same item. To be eligible for the coupon, customers must notify She Wears Western™ within 14 business days of purchasing the item to receive the coupon.
Damaged Item Policy
If you received an item that is broken, damaged, stained, showing wear, zippers broken, missing buttons, etc please send an email to: firstname.lastname@example.org within 14 business days of purchasing the item including your order# and photos documenting the item(s).
Once received, our team will review your information and if approved, will work to get you a replacement item at no cost. In certain situations, to order a replacement item, we may request you ship the damaged item back. In that is case, we will work closely with you to provide details of where to send the item and obtain a return shipping label for you.
